Return Policy

Best Crystal sells only new, first quality, premier brand merchandise. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or in-store credit. Exceptions to this policy: Items purchased on a gift registry, items purchased with a gift certificate and items returned by a gift recipient (see Gift Return Policy) can be exchanged or returned for an in-store credit only. Sales are final for seasonal items (such as Christmas ornaments and decorations), engraved items, signed items, items marked non-returnable and large quantities of the same item.

Returned merchandise must be in original unused condition and returned in original packaging. Before returning merchandise, please contact us at 1-866-516-0907 or service@bestcrystal.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. This number must be clearly referenced on your return label. No returns are accepted without prior authorization and without following these return procedures.

Following receipt of merchandise at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the credit card on which the original purchase was made, or your in-store credit will be issued and coupon code emailed to you, for the amount of the item(s) purchased.

Unless damaged or defective, return shipping charges will be incurred at the customer's expense. For your protection, please ship the merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase price against loss in transit via a trackable carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express.

Return Policy For Defective Items and Items Damaged In Transit

Best Crystal fully insures every shipment and promptly replaces any broken or defective products. We pack our shipments very carefully and breakage is rare. However, if merchandise is damaged in transit or is defective, please notify us immediately at 1-866-516-0907 for instructions on how to make a damage claim. We ask that damage and defective claims be reported to us within 30 days of the shipment date.

Gift Return Policy

Gift returns are subject to the limitations and requirements described in our Return Policy above.  Additionally, gifts can be exchanged or returned for in-store credit by the gift recipient, or for a credit issued to the purchaser's credit card.  Credit cannot be issued to any card other than the card used for the purchase.

Gift Wrapping Policy

We will gladly wrap your purchase for free and enclose a gift message at your request. Please type your message on the order form exactly as you would like it to appear on the gift card. We will not edit or correct the message.

On our checkout page, we provide you with three gift wrapping options: No gift wrapping, gift wrap only if in stock (otherwise ship directly from the manufacturer), or gift wrap even if it takes 10 days or so for us to receive an out-of-stock item from the manufacturer. If you provide us with a gift message and the gift is shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will mail your gift recipient a gift receipt and your gift card with your message and a notation that a gift is being sent directly from the manufacturer on your behalf.

If an error occurs, Best Crystal reserves the right to take any action, in its sole discretion, to rectify the error, including canceling your order. In such a circumstance, we will contact you and give you the option of proceeding with your order with the corrected information. Images, colors, dimensions, capacity, sizes and descriptions are usually from suppliers’ information, are approximate, and for guidance only. Best Crystal does not warrant that information and content on this site is accurate or error-free.

The prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time. Sales tax will be automatically applied to orders with a Washington State shipping address.
